The Chairman with purpose
After 20 years as a CEO leading 4 software businesses through growth to successful exits, my career objective is to build on my experience of transforming businesses and helping them fulfil their potential by providing mentoring and support as a non-executive Chairman.
I have a track-record of delivering increased shareholder value and market share in multiple sectors. I have worked for NASDAQ & NYSE listed companies and multiple PE houses, leading several enterprise & SME focused technology businesses, utilising both SaaS and "traditional" sales models, and both direct and indirect sales channels. I have led territory establishment campaigns in most major Geographic markets - Asia-Pacific and the US in particular.
My ability to guide strategy definition through a disciplined evaluation of target markets is supported by my skill growing, and mentoring, strong management teams across the globe.
I have raised eight rounds of capital funding, led six successful exits and held a number of Non-Executive and Chairman roles.
